The Sonics picked power forward Mouhamed Sene with the #10 overall pick in the 2006 NBA Draft.  He played in 46 games (3 starts) for the Sonics/Thunder and he averaged 5.5 minutes, 2.2 points, 1.5 rebounds and 0.2 assists per game.  This was a gigantic swing and a miss for the Sonics.  But, they more than made up for it when they picked Kevin Durant in the 2007 NBA Draft.
